Luxor Under a microscope

Day 1: Arrive Cairo airport. Meet and Assist. Dinner. Transfer to the hotel for overnight.

Day 02: Full day tour in Cairo including one of the World’s seven wonders represented in the great pyramids and Sphinx. Continue visiting the most comprehensive ancient Egyptian site represented in the Egyptian museum. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 03: Enjoy a half day tour highlighting Coptic Cairo. The tour includes old Cairo churches such as St. Sergio, the hanging church and Ben Ezra synagogue. Then, proceed to visit the citadel. In the afternoon, transfer to the sleeper train to Luxor.

Day 04: Arrive Luxor in the morning. Enjoy a full day tour in Luxor including Luxor and Karnak Temples. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 05: Enjoy a very unique tour to Dendara. Visit the Greco-Roman temple complex known in ancient Egyptian as Iunet or Tantere. Back to Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 06: Continue with Luxor’s highlights and on to Cross the West Bank to visit Thebes Necropolis, Valley of the Kings, El Deir El Bahari of Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon facing the Nile. In the evening, Transfer to sleeper train back to Cairo.

Day 07: Arrive Cairo in the morning. Transfer to the hotel for rest. In the evening, (Optional Sound and Light show or a 2 hours sailing Nile cruise dinner).

Day 08: Departure.
